English voice cast and the new skits

I wanted the cast from the game's own credits. RPG Site played far enough to check: the English actors are not named in the credits. Cup of Tea Productions is, and Side is credited for the English text. The names below are Behind The Voice Actors, so I am labeling them as a database, not as a screenshot of the staff roll.

Voice direction on that database is Rachelle Heger, recorded at Cup of Tea Productions. The new dub covers most story scenes and more than 250 skits. The Western PS1 release did not have those skits voiced, which is the reason the anniversary project coverage gives for a fresh cast. You can still switch the whole track to Japanese under Custom. MelNics lines that used to be unsubtitled now have text, per the Famitsu interview.
